Red Foundation launches new corporate community investment service,
redcci is the latest initiative from leading third and public sector consultancy social enterprise, Red Foundation. The new subsidiary will provide bespoke services for companies looking to get involved in a range of community initiatives, as well as helping them to evaluate the impact of existing programmes.
The new service is being headed up by new associate director Fabia Bates, formerly employee volunteering director at Business in the Community and chief executive of Business Community Connections. Fabia said "I’m excited to be involved in this new project for Red which is very timely. In the current uncertain economic climate it’s increasingly important for companies to feel confident that their community investment is having the desired impact, both for their brands and for the charities that they support and our new service will provide competitively priced support to enable companies to evaluate their projects with confidence."
Red Foundation’s managing director Jamie Thomas said, "We're delighted to be launching this new service which is something we’ve been wanting to do for some time. Fabia brings a wealth of experience to redcci that combined with the rest of the team, means we can offer a service that can help companies to maximise their community impact."
Red Foundation is also offering a similar service to charities and other third sector organisations that want to develop strategies and projects to involve companies, either through volunteering or through pro bono support. More information about this can be found in our what we do section.
