Steven Travers
Director and Company Secretary
Steven is a solicitor who qualified in England & Wales in 1982, and in Hong Kong in 1985. He has had experience in all sectors. He is the former Head of Legal at the London Stock Exchange plc, 1987-2001 and between 2001 and 2006, Steven has acted as a consultant and adviser on securities and financial services matters. He has also worked in the public sector, including as chef de cabinet for an MP in Westminster and with the pre-privatisation CEGB. In the voluntary sector, he has taught English and managed the British Council in Gaza, was Company Secretary of Body Positive, was Programme Director for Common Purpose in Croydon, Bromley and Bexley and is a founding Director and Company Secretary of Liberty Child, a Southampton-based charity that provides holidays for children with disabilities.
