We believe that every member of society should be able to play a part in creating a better place for us all to live and work in. We value everyone for what they bring and will endeavour to celebrate the changes that they make.
At Red we are committed to supporting all forms of community action and the organisations that make this happen. At the same time we are also prepared to challenge the status quo and to think the unthinkable when it?s right to do so.
As a new and independent not for profit organisation, we intend to measure our success by our impact and not by how much money we make or by how many staff we have. Yet we intend to have a big impact. Success for us will be measured by our ability to develop the capacity of the organisations that we work with and the number of people that we enable to get involved in volunteering and community action.
